OK! First of all, here's a key because that's what a lot of people do for these kinds of deviations :D

far left; left; middle; middle 2; right; far right

Overall, I have to say, I'm not extremely impressed. They're all exceptionally amazing and I could see people on red carpets wearing these, but they're a little short of my expectations. The other 4 districts (and the capitol) literally BLEW MY MIND, so I was expecting a really "electrifying" collection for district 5.

Colours: Good choice, I like the gold and black, it shows a nice mixture of light and dark. The rusty reds show a nice rustic charm like an old style lamp, but the dress on the right, is a little confusing because I don't really see power or electricity in it.

Shape: Your shape-style is always amazing, can't say much about that :D

Individual reports:
Far left:
The black stockings or boots match the colour of the black skirt, giving it the illusion of EXTREMELY long legs, due to the gold and black light...thing (don't know the terminology, sorry) which looks a little strange and awkward
The jacket and skirt combo is very nice though, plus those sunglasses really extenuate the theme of light/power.
White hair was an excellent choice too.
I would have liked to seen more of a dynamic pose that made the black and gold light...thing look more edgy and unique.

Left:
LOVE THE HAIR (thought I would just put that out there first)
I see an old school lamp in this dress , but it also gives a nice soft feeling as opposed to a hard metallic feeling. I like the shawl, I feel like that looks like moths attracted to a flame, and I love the wiry ribbons all over the design.
The head-piece looks a little strange, I feel like it looks like it is choking and suffocating her hair. Maybe wiry earrings would have made it look softer and more elegant

Middle:
I Love this as a center piece. I love the hair, I love the hat I love the sleeves and dress and colour.
The only thing that is a little discerning is the tail/train at the back of the dress.
It looks too "evil disney villain" instead of power

Middle 2:
The simplicity of the dress is an excellent complement to the luminescent shawl with a lovely gold colour. I also Love how it flows to the floor which highlights those lovely stilettos she's wearing.
Maybe to push this dress further you could have given her a few accents like jewelry and accessories

Right:
I said this before, I don't like the colour. I don't see power in the dress, nor do I see light. I see WAY too much evil disney villain.
Maybe change the colour of the dress, and make the ribbons on her head and chest area more electric and closer to the theme of power.

Far right:
ELEGANCE. The form of this dress is so flattering on that model, and the lower parts of the dress are flowing as if the model is dancing.
(This is how I imagined what Esme would look like in a Series of Unfortunate events)
The antennae on the shoulders is a little to buggy for my taste, but I imagine if this was a real dress they would be removable, which is fine.
The design on the dress takes away from the elegance a little bit, but without it, the dress wouldn't be conveying power.

Conclusion:
I can see your vision in this piece, you were clearly inspired by light and electricity.
The originality was good, I liked it, never seen anything like it
Technique: A-MA-ZING
Impact: Gotta say...not a grand impact...Only due to the awkward legs of the far left and the bad colour and style choice of the right.
Keep working hard! I can't wait to see district 6, can't wait how you portray transportation
Also can't wait until the "Loki collection"

Until next time, this is Andayo
Signing off.

Wow.
Overall, a very nice collection. The colors are very eye catching and work well together. I like how not all of the pieces use the same color scheme, with one being red and another blue. You still managed to make it cohesive though, with the use of theme. The styling of the hair adds to that electric feel given off by the outfits themselves and with the exception of center-left and far-right add to the 'power' theme. You do a great job on the models themselves. They do not distract from the clothing rather, because they are so well done, they enhance it. But the far-left model and center-right appear as if they were done from a template. While i understand the usefulness of a template, i think in this case the fact the they are posed so similarly distracts from the overall impact of the piece. Especially since those are such center pieces to the collection. You still have given a unique approach in your interpretation and presentation of Power. Overall, very good.

Far-left:
This piece gives a strong start to the 'Power' theme with its all black coloring and commanding stance. This gives me the feeling of a city at night or even a blackout. I like the way you combined the simple jacket and blouse with the colorful... what do you call that anyways? I'm not sure whether I like it not. I think I would have to see it in person. An intriguing idea though.

Mid-left:
A simple bubble skirt. These always make me think of jellyfish, which is very fitting with the way jellyfish light up -- as if filled with electricity. This piece seems to play on the more electric side of power. It seems almost as if its in constant motion. Even the shoes, with those strings of gold, make me think "electric'! I'm not a fan of how you did her hair though. The way its executed, it looks like you drew the headband, then decided she needed long hair, and placed a sketch of long hair behind her head. The color is even different than whats in the headband.

Center-left:
This piece seems to me to be the most different of all the pieces. The styling of the hair, combined with the models pose, doesn't carry that confident and commanding 'Power' that the others do. This is also one of two pieces that does not use the yellow color-scheme. It still manages to work with the rest of the collection. The skirt reminds me of a light-bulb's coil. Moving up into the light red top and white hair, topped with a bright hat as if someone had turned on a single dim light-bulb in a dark room. With the "train" and the arms being the dark room. A very intuitive piece if you ask me.

Center-right:
My favorite. This piece is truly stunning, and yet so simple. To start with is a basic 'little black dress', a good starting point for anything. But you've taken this up a notch with the bright gold wrap. Her pose gives so much movement to the dress, giving it a commanding but airy feel, as if she were a goddess. Which is only helped by the fact that she has a fashion models figure. This piece seems to be almost the antonym of the first one (far-left). Instead of a blackout, this is like a midnight sun, the nightlife of the city. A definite attention grabber, the silhouette on this dress if very flattering. It gives her a size zero waist but because the wrap is sheer over the black dress, it doesn't take away from the rest of her figure. The only complaint I have on this is that where her hair passes in-front of the neck is distracting from the dress. I think fixing that would move this from great to astounding.

Mid-right:
This piece also deviates from the yellow color-scheme. But unlike center-left, it reminds me more of the ocean than electricity. The way its poofed out reminds me of a jellyfish (mid-left) but without the yellow coloration it doesn't hold the electric connection. It looks to me, more like a wave. The model also doesn't have that commanding 'Power' of the other pieces. Even with blue being an 'electric' color, i don't see the connection. While the dress itself is beautiful, I don't think it quite fits in this collection.

Far-right:
Even though this model doesn't have the 'power' of the others, it works well with the straightforward electricity of the dress. There is no need for subtlety of pose of styling. Because of how straightforward this dress is, it could easily have come off cheesy, but you managed to pull it off in an elegant way. the dress itself is real simple, with only slight color variations in the skirt, but its accented by the well placed electric stripes, connecting it to the sparks on the shoulder. This is a very lively piece and a great end to a great collection.

My favorite dress is the blue one, but I am so in love with all of them! I think you matched the brightness and darkness perfectly to different aspects of electricity—lightning, power lines, power plants, industrial lamps, indoor lighting, everything. This definitely fits the capitol stylists' ideas about what this district must be like... slightly faded lights and electricity all over. WONDERFUL!

When I see dress #5, I see you going for a flourescent, neon-type glow. Also, the top of the dress around the shoulders and bust area remind of power lines. I think it fits the theme of electricity.
The patterns on #1 and #6 are beautiful. My favorite has got to be #2 though.

I love 1, 2, 4, and 5. I agree with the critiques, I don't see how it fits them theme - unless you were going for a hydro electric kind of idea? The dress is lovely either way and it's actually my favorite. Favorite parts of the outfits are the top of 5, the tail on 1, and the scarf/sash/thingy on 4.
